Shipping Rates

We use a simple rate structure for all orders within the United States.
• Flat-rate shipping or local delivery: 10 dollars
• Free shipping on orders over 75 dollars
• We currently ship within the USA only

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with tracking information or pickup instructions.

Delivery and Local Options

Customers within the Chippewa Valley may choose local delivery during checkout. Delivery follows the same flat-rate and free-shipping structure as our standard shipping.

Live Plants and Seasonal Items

Some live plants or seasonal floral may be available for pickup or local delivery only. Availability for shipping may vary depending on the season and product type.

Incorrect Addresses or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
