No - We’re open year-round.
Why the rebrand?
We wanted to create a space that feels welcoming to everyone, not just women. The new direction brings the store back to its original roots as both a boutique and a garden center, with a clear and distinctive difference between the two sides of the business.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. You can order online and pick up at our Lake Hallie location during business hours.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery within the Chippewa Valley under the same flat-rate structure as shipping.
Do both the Garden Center and the Boutique sell online?
Yes. You can shop both sides of the business online and check out all in one order.
Please note that we sell many items that are not listed on our online shop. Please stop in to our physical location for seasonal plants & flowers, trees, shrubs, and perrenials!
How long until my order ships?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information or pickup instructions once your order is ready.
What are your shipping rates?
Flat-rate shipping and delivery are $10. Orders over $75 ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I ship or select delivery for live plants?
Live plants can be purchased for pickup or local delivery. For longer-distance shipping, availability may vary depending on the season and plant type. Please note that we can only ship plants within the state of Wisconsin.
Do you carry plus size items?
Yes, we do. We prefer the term “Curvy,” though.
Do you offer services?
Yes. Our offerings include landscaping and outdoor projects, lawn care, pest control, irrigation, decking, Christmas lighting, and more! Learn More Here
What is your return policy?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Email us at info@greenoasis.co to start the process.
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized items, beauty or personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, or sale items.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at info@greenoasis.co.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can help.
